The skill on its own seems balanced, besides, the signet only makes the NEXT spell use your attribute in illusion. Would certainly be fun to steal some elites, or even normal spells, but not that great. Steal tainted -> cast a 40 sec tainted; back to a 20 sec tainted afterwards.
Also, I believe this elite will make domination + illusion setups combos show up more often. We tend to see illusion + inspiration or domination + inspiration. |
